Oregon $50
Utah $90 (included UT fingerprints and photos)
Oregon & Utah $120 (included UT fingerprints and photos)
Arizona fingerprints & photos +$30

Oregon fingerprints and photos are completed at your local Sheriff’s office.

By taking the UT class, you can add the fingerprints and photos for Arizona.

You can upgrade or downgrade your selections the day of the class.

Changes to reservations and refunds for cancellations are allowed up to 3 days before the date of class.

No call/no show = no refunds. You have 30 days to reschedule for another class, the rescheduled class must fall with 120 days of the original class date.
