As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be the backbone of our inventory operations, ensuring that the latest hunting gear, optics, and archery supplies are accurately received, organized, and dispatched to our customers and floor.
- Inbound Receiving: Inspecting deliveries for accuracy and damage. You must verify incoming gear such as bows, firearms, and ammunition—against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
- Inventory Management: Sort, count, and accurately store incoming materials in designated areas, performing regular audits to ensure inventory records are updated promptly.
- Documentation: Generate and manage essential paperwork, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and invoice records, using both manual and computer systems.
- Outbound Fulfillment: Picking, preparing and packaging orders for shipment.
- Vendor & Carrier Interaction: You act as the face of the company for logistics partners (UPS, FedEx, freight drivers), ensuring professional and efficient hand-offs.
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace environment to ensure safe handling of high-performance gear.
- Safety & Compliance: Following safety protocols and potentially handling specialized documentation for firearm transfers or NFA items like suppressors.
- Internal Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with the Sales and Service teams to relay shipment discrepancies, stock outages, or updates on specialized service orders.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift between 20-40 pounds regularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for data entry and familiarity with inventory/shipping software.
- Compliance: Comfortable working around firearms and strictly adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

Job Description: As an Arrow Builder at Hunt G4, you are responsible for the precision assembly of the most critical link between the hunter and their target. You will turn raw components into high-performance ammunition. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with their hands and wants to break into the archery industry.
- Custom Assembly: Cut carbon and aluminum shafts to specific lengths using industrial arrow saws.
- Precision Fletching: Clean, prep, and fletch arrows using various jigs (Bitzenburger, etc.) and vane configurations (3-fletch, 4-fletch, helical).
- Component Installation: Squared ends, install inserts/outserts, and select appropriate nocks for a perfect fit.
- Quality Control: Inspect every arrow for straightness, vane adhesion, and weight consistency before it reaches the customer.
- Order Management: Track custom build orders to ensure quick turnaround times during the busy pre-season rush.
- Arrow Building: Cut arrows to length, install inserts, and fletch arrows.

We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in archery who is ready to step into a coaching role. You’ll work with everyone from kids and beginners learning the ropes to experienced hunters sharpening their skills for the season. Your goal is to provide clear, helpful instruction on form and safety, ensuring every archer—no matter their level—leaves more confident than when they walked in.
- Adaptable Instruction: Tailor one-hour private lessons to the student's specific level—from simple coordination drills for children to advanced technical tuning for backcountry hunters.
- Safety Leadership: Ensure shooters of all ages understand and respect range etiquette and equipment safety.
- Progress Tracking: Help students set milestones, whether they are preparing for their first youth tournament or an upcoming trophy hunt.
- Experience: Proven background in archery (hunting, target, or competitive). Prior teaching or coaching experience is highly preferred.
- Certification: Ability to obtain or hold a USA Archery Level 1 or 2 Instructor Certification.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coach both children and adults in a "member-ready" professional environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of compound and traditional archery gear, including arrows, broadheads, and optics.
