AMP Black Elk Diaphragm: The AMP black elk diaphragm produces high to medium pitched cow sounds along with producing raghorn bugles with great volume.
AMP Grey Elk Diaphragm: The AMP gray elk diaphragm is a great all around call with excellent volume. This is a single reed that produces medium to mature cow sounds, along with producing medium to large bull sounds.
AMP Green Elk Diaphragm: The AMP green elk diaphragm is a great all around call. This is a single blue reed that produces medium cow sounds, along with producing medium bull sounds. *The green tape is slightly stiffer than normal and has a bitter taste.

Janis’ friend and turkey whisperer, Guy Zuck, introduced him to the “chunk-cut reed.” It allows you to get loud and raspy with the overhanging reed but also make a very clean note with the opposite side of the call when you need it. Janis often uses this call as a locator to make extremely loud cuts and yelps. Thicker latex creates a longer lasting, sturdier call that stands up to many high volume calling sequences.
