Every effort is made to ship packages as quickly and efficiently as possible. In most cases, we will have your order processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Items over $250 will require a signature.
Due to an unprecedented amount of internet fraud, if your billing and shipping addresses don't match we will reach out to you to confirm the order. Please note that this may cause a delay in shipping.
Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination.
Shipping and Custom fees are nonrefundable.
Where We Ship
United States
We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories.
International
Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination.
Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions.
We also reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside the USA.
Delivery
Any claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
