Please complete the bow shipment form prior to sending your bow in. This will help expedite the receiving and processing of your bow, and we’ll be able to get it back to you sooner!
When shipping your bow, we encourage you to purchase insurance in case anything happens to your bow during transit. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit, or lost packages. Please pack your bow well!
If there is any damage to the box or your bow when we receive it, we will call you and send you pictures.
Our archery technician will contact you with any additional concerns or recommendations in regard to your bow and the work you requested.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will always ship your bow via ups or usps, with at least $500 insurance, packed well, with tracking, and require a signature for delivery. If you would like to refuse or change any of these shipping specifications, you may request it, but do so at your own risk.
When your bow is complete, we will call you to go over everything. Then you will receive an emailed invoice with an online pay link for the bow work, shipping and any additional parts or accessories that were added. Bows will not be shipped until the invoice is paid. Once shipped, we will email you the tracking information.
